The drinking of cacao goes as far back to the Mayans who called this plant the "food of the gods. They and other indigenous cultures cultivated this sacred plant and used it for ceremonial purposes. Its effects have become widely known for its effect on our brain, our mood, and our connection to our heart.
This ceremony will focus on opening our hearts and letting our hearts guide our pens in a journaling circle. I will provide prompts that will lead you to your purpose, your self-worth, and your own source of strength within.
Bring you mug, your journal, and your most playful heart. Mugs will also be available if needed!
"Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it." ~Rumi~
