Deep relaxation for your body and mind. Gentle postures are held for 5-10 minutes, using blankets to support your body and keep you comfortable so that you can relax completely. Restorative yoga is a healing practice with tons of benefits; studies have shown that it can reduce anxiety & adrenal fatigue, promote weight loss, improve digestion, lower cholesterol, and much more.  Come nurture your body and mind at the end of a lovely day!
