Yoga on the Mountain 2020

We will adventure through the Ozark Mountains and and hike to the highest point in Arkansas, the natural state. As we walk through the woods, we personally experience the interconnectedness of all things in nature. It is a reminder that we are one. Let’s breath the crisp Fall air, explore the leaves changing, and share a yoga practice among the trees and nature. Wear supportive shoes, hats, sunglasses, and layers if necessary for the weather.
