Self-care rituals to reduce stress and anxiety.
As a participant of the class, we will become reacquainted with practicing compassion, loving-kindness, respect for your neighbors, and the world while also saving space for self-care. 
Together we will integrate a short yoga practice coupled with a heart awakening meditation. After each exercise, we will practice several minutes of silence to reflect and journal on what you experienced and felt. You will leave with nurturing rituals and practices to put metta (loving-kindness) and ahimsa (non-violence) into action all designed to keep your stress levels low and your immune system healthy.
